Fenderish designs are either clones of actual Fender guitars, or spin-offs. Most have a 25 1/2" scale, but some have smaller scale lengths. The Tonemaster body shape is a design I stole... uh... borrowed from a friend of a friend on the Musical Instrument Makers Forum named Dan Sharp. It was part of a design competition where you were only allowed to move the lines of a Jazzmaster by 1/2" to create a new design.
