The CS 336 is a sort of shrunken ES-335. It is constructed like a thinline, where the back and sides are hogged out of one piece of wood, and the carved top is glued on afterwards. The body outline is smaller than the ES-335 and this makes it more like a standard electric guitar. It has the usual Tune-O-Matic and stopbar, and two humbuckers. My wiring diagram is slightly different from the usual Gibson design, and allows you ro use the volume controls to blend the two pickups when they are both selected.
